2024 BMW i5 eDrive40 Sedan

I had an amazing experience since the beginning when I scheduled a test drive, I received a text from Jessica who was very helpful with my initial questions. The day of my appointment, I went with my wife and our little doggy and we were greeted with a smile from everybody; our salesman Ramon Guadalupe was incredible, extreme friendly and no pressure approach, we test drove two vehicles and they had one that was everything we were looking for. Negotiation was smooth and easy-going, with no hidden fees or warranties during the paperwork, and in about an hour, I was driving my new BMW i4 M50. Also, I want to mention that Scott (service advisor),Juan, and Ivan from the service department were very attentive and friendly during a visit for a safety recall I did recently. Once again, thanks BMW of Roxbury and especially Ramon for putting a smile on my face every morning while driving my car.

The amazing crew at BMW of Roxbury waited for our car to be towed there late in the day. We hit a pothole and destroyed a tire on the highway while traveling to New Hampshire for our daughter’s graduation. If they wouldn’t have stayed and waited for us, we would have missed her graduation. They quickly replaced the tire, did a quick inspection, and got us on our way. We are very grateful that they went above and beyond to help us out. If we lived in the area, they would definitely be our dealership of choice.

I recently visited BMW of Roxbury, NJ, with my 2024 i760 that had run out of battery. Although the EV charger is not for public use, a gentleman named Arthur Padko assisted me nonetheless. He treated me kindly and welcomed me into their lounge with coffee and water. This is exceptional customer service! If this is how they treat a non-customer, I can only imagine the excellent service their customers receive. I will definitely purchase my next car there! Thank you again, Arthur!
