Great Experience. Never had a luxury car delivered to me the way they did it, Jackie Cooper BMW is near Oklahoma City and I live in Cleveland, Ohio and they delivered my car to me in St. Louis, Missouri which was the half way distance from Cleveland, that’s AWESOME. Kristin went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and easy, she’s the best sales person that I’ve ever worked with and I never met her in person. WOW ???? she’s good. They gave me above average fair market value on my trade in, which was much higher than the offers I was getting in the Northeast Ohio area. Sebastian in finance, was also great to work with and all the paperwork was ready at delivery. I Drove 8 hours for their business and it was definitely worth the drive! Jackie Cooper BMW is the BEST.
