We had a great experience leasing a car from Mini. Javier was great from start to finish. He answered all of my questions over the phone prior to coming in. When we arrived he showed the options available. Once we settled on the color we wanted, he helped us get through the paperwork.
Rocky and Bobby are fabulous! The best customers service, kind and caring. The newly renovated showroom looks great! And they still have popcorn! Nice bonus, they washed my car, and Bobby went out of his way to fix an issue I never knew my car had. Can't praise them enough!
From the moment that I walked in, the service rep, Rocky Chow was above and beyond welcoming as well as very empathetic and accommodating to my every need. Rarely do you find individuals like him who can make an otherwise undesirable situation like a vehicle engine light issue into a palatable event. The facility itself is very clean and well organized from top to bottom. If I were to purchase another Mini Cooper I would absolutely consider Monrovia Mini based on my recent visit alone.
