Great experience — worked primarily with Dominic and Steven, then the finance manager Shafiq once we’d reached a deal. No pressure other than what was necessary to get my true interest in pursuing the vehicle, which only makes sense. A light needed reset in the car, and I was told about that when I picked it up. When I was able to take the car in three weeks later, that morning I discovered I had a tire puncture from a nail - Shafiq and Dominic communicated with me and the service department to make sure I was taken care of, even after all the paperwork was signed (sometimes when the deal is done you’re on your own!). Beautiful dealership and cars, good service department, good coffee at dealer and service center, and they wash the car after service. If I could go get my girlfriend a car too, I’d go do it today. I went in last week to look at a used A4. Throughout my visit all the staff were welcoming and made sure I was comfortable with snacks and overall good service. I was able to test drive the car with Mo Choura, and his attitude is definitely what lead to me purchasing. He was very personable, professional, and helpful. He helped me line up an insurance plan so I could get the car, and was not at all concerned with trying to stick me with any costs outside of the advertised price of the vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with him if visiting. I definitely get the sense that Audi cares a lot about their brand image and I’ll be happy to return for further service.

I had a great experience at Audi Beverly Hills. Imad Dagher helped me lease my new 2024 Audi Q4 and I'm very happy with the vehicle! Imad helped to give me a tutorial as to how to use various new features of the car. Coming from a 2003 BMW 330CI to an all-electric Audi Q4 was quite the learning curve, but they made me feel very comfortable with the new car. Highly recommended dealership!
