I happen to have lived in Germany, and dare to say that I've been 'spoiled' first hand by enjoying the experience of purchasing a vehicle like this from the very people that make them. In Germany we take great pride in our products and services delivered. I had had less-than pleasant experiences here in the US in similar dealerships.
