The car was ordered in Aug 2023 and took a few months to be built and shipped, but Ray Johnson kept us in the loop from beginning to end even after transitioning to a new position. Ray entrusted our care into the great hands of Aleko Pouzbouris who assisted us at the end with closing the deal when the car finally got here (Jan 2024). Over my 20+ years of being a BMW owner, I have visited several dealerships all along the east coast. This was the first time I have visited BMW of Tampa.
