I purchased a 2024 Mirage from the G.O.A.T., Malik (King), on March 22, 2024. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. The first thing that stood out to me about Malik was his unique and personalized approach to make a sale. After I expressed interest in the Mirage online, I received numerous repeated calls and emails. I find repeated calls VERY annoying. If I didn’t answer the first time, I’m not going to answer when you call back in rapid succession. HOWEVER, Malik texted me a personalized VIDEO of another car that matched what I was looking for since the original one was sold. Malik took the time to walk around the exterior and show the interior of this car. He was attentive, but not annoying. Malik spent a solid week answering my calls and texts and as many questions as I had with no complaints and fast response. I even texted/called him after hours and he graciously humored me. I work shift work and sometimes forget to stay within business hours. This purchase was a gift for my sister in law who suffers from Sickle Cell Disease. I expressed to Malik that I had a short amount of time that I could spend at the dealership and a very strict budget. Malik got me in and out of the dealership in no time and with no hassle or hidden tricks. The agreed upon price was the price I paid. This is my first Mitsubishi so I can’t speak to the service or overall quality of the vehicle, but what I can say is that Malik has a fantastic career ahead of him and I am eternally grateful for his assistance. He greeted me in the parking lot and asked the right questions, then gave answers based on his knowledge and experience. He was ambitious but not pushy and seemed to have a genuine interest in helping us get the right car for us. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Maggie got me into the perfect car I was looking for. She was very personable, friendly, and truly listened to what I was looking for in a car. We also had lots of great conversations while I chose my new car which made me feel like I was being treated like a real person. Everyone I worked with in the process made it very simple. I was able to drive away in a car I'm extremely happy with for once. I have been to tons of other dealerships around the area and was not treated nearly as great as they treated me here.
