I had a great first time experience at BMW of Little Rock. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you to my advisor Jared. He answered whatever questions I had. They did a full inspection my vehicle and let me know of any issues with the vehicle. They also washed my vehicle after the oil change. The waiting area is very nice and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. I debated on trying another shop for a cheaper price but I am glad I decided to come here instead.
