I had to replace the back rim on my 2022 X4 due to curb rash. Bryan was very helpful with the initial call and follow up. Text to give me advice on estimate, length of repair and availability of the wheel. From the day of the call to the actual Delivery of the wheel took only a few days and I was able to take it in the following day and they were able to replace the wheel realign the wheel and do some overall systems check. Despite technology, and its ability to do great things . The human touch was required in a big way in my case , supported by technology ,not the reversed way that we often see these days . The effort to get financing , decent car insurance and delivery of the car to my abode in Los Angeles , where I am a resident is truly brilliant sales man ship to operational efficiency .
