This was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had! My friend Patrick who has purchased two Minis from Roadshow BMW recommended them to me and was right on. When I walked in I was greeted quickly and in a friendly manner and was immediately offered coffee or a soda instead of being pressured into buying a car. When they found out I wanted to test drive a Mini, they immediately got a salesperson for me, Marcus C. who was professional, friendly, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable and willing to look up information he didn't know. At no point was he pushy or impatient with me and answered all of my questions expertly. After I expressed interest in test driving a manual model S, they set me up with the keys, made sure I fit and was comfortable and gave me a route to drive myself and experience the car. I loved the experience but decided I need to sleep on it. Marcus was completely understanding and gave me his card and I gave them my info. The next afternoon as I was thinking about test driving it a second time just to be sure Vera, the assistant sales manager called and asked if I had been treated well. I told her Marcus was great and I loved the car and asked if a second drive just to be sure would be OK. She set it up and I showed up an hour later! It was even more fun the second time now that I was more familiar with the vehicle and that's when I decided to get it. The sales manager Brad and the financial manager Barron was super friendly and let me read everything at my own speed. Within a couple of hours they had me approved for the payment I asked for, cleaned and gassed the car up and I was ready to be in my way! Then like some kind of cartoon as I was getting in and starting it up after just signing for it, it threw a check engine light! Marcus immediately took ownership of the situation and with the help of a very knowledgeable service tech (I think Chad? Please forgive my memory, I've been thrown around a couple of times in my service as an Amy Combat Medic over seas so please forgive if I miss a couple of things in this amazing experience!) they figured out that a couple of lights needed to be replaced and offered to get it taken care of at my leisure. Amazing! (Those bulbs aren't cheap!) Along the way they noticed a couple of things I had not, another light I think, and decided to rotate the tires, check my camber and caster, pad wear and tread depth to have everything set up for me because Grant B., an awesome service advisor overheard me asking about the possibility of installing a JCW exhaust on it (Grant's looking into it for me, thank you for being a bro!!) so he had them double check all the angles and wear items to make sure I would have a blast driving it as it's meant to be! They even replaced a couple of trim pieces for me! They pulled the service for me to show me the maintenance history and have been absolutely rad about all my questions on what can be done with that engine and platform. As a hot hatch and Jeep enthusiast it is beyond incredible to be able to talk to my dealership mechanics about performance mods they can do for me. Every enthusiast car should be sold this way. Roadshow BMW and all of its team members set a high bar and my next purchase will also be from them.
We just purchased a new BMW for my wife and the experience was great.
