I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Advantage BMW Midtown — especially working with Gabby Martinez and Lee Nino. The entire process was unbelievably easy from start to finish. Gabby was incredible. She handled almost the entire deal with me over the phone through calls and texts in just two days. She was responsive, transparent, and made everything happen exactly as promised. The deal she put together was amazing, and when I walked into the dealership, the numbers on paper matched exactly what we discussed. No games, no bait and switch — just straightforward, honest service. Lee was just as fantastic. His knowledge of BMWs is unmatched. Within 15 minutes, he had my CarPlay, BMW app, and automatic entry set up and walked me through every key feature of my new X1 M Sport. He was patient, detailed, and incredibly thorough.
