Spotted my dream car (M5 Comp) on IG and immediately called the dealership. I spoke to Mike Gaudio, who helped me through the process of purchasing the car in about a week. Have to say, after experiencing other local NYC BMW dealers, I was surprised and delighted by how warm and helpful Mike and the entire Ridgfield BMW team were. Can’t recommend them enough. Never felt pressured. Always felt in control. When you’re making a big emotional investment like buying a luxury (sports) car, you need partnership. That’s what I got. I’ll happily be driving the hour from Manhattan for service, and I live 5 min drive from BMW Manhattan ????.
