Tia did an amazing job I am a hard person to please because I expect excellent service from everyone I deal with because that is the way I ran my business before I sold it. She did an unbelievable job dealing with me and getting us the car we wanted at a decent price. Of all the 5 cars I have bought in the Atlanta area in the past 5 years she was the best sales person I have ever dealt with bar none. She was very polite and took care of all my need on a timely basis. I appreciate her picking us up at the airport and getting us out the door in record time Saturday morning!!! We had a wonderful drive home today and love the car and when we are ready to buy our next car we will definitely give you a call. Thank you again!!!

Our Service Consultant, Kendrick, gave us excellent customer service as usual. He is always our first choice. Overall, we love our experiences at Nalley Infiniti Marietta. We purchased our car there and for the past 7 years have only trusted them with most maintenance and major repairs.

I'm very happy with my vehicle! No issues there. They didn't provide an extra key upon purchase even though I was told it would be mailed to me. Had to follow up twice and ended up having to take off work to come in for a few hours so the service team could create a key weeks later. Service team was excellent. Also I never got my loan package in the mail and when I called finance multiple times it took a week for me to hear back from anybody. So my first payment was late but thankfully there was a grace period with the loan provider. Overall the experience left a lot to be desired but I do have the vehicle I've always wanted.
