Mr. Tom was wonderful. I enjoyed working with such a kind fellow who was friendly and professional. I can’t wait to purchase something in the future from this dealership. Boy were they busy with other happy customers waiting to be service.

My 6th BMW purchase (with four of them at Annapolis) was yesterday with Ben Allen. Ben NEVER fails to measure up to the world class rating I gave him on my first purchase with him many years ago. I assured him in 2021 when I permanently moved to DE that when I was ready to buy again, I would be back. And yesterday was the day! His knowledge of BMWs is second to none. His attention to detail is impeccable. He even remembered from July 2020, that I preferred a vehicle with a garage door opener. Ben truly cares about his customers and is the GOAT of vehicle sales (and an all around cool dude)! I promise he’ll take care of you, every single time! Oh, and don’t let me forget to give a HUGE shout out to David Mier, the Finance Director! He’s also been there to close every deal (not that there needed any convincing because I’m a BMW lover through and through). David remembered me and had us in and out in a snap! My husband and I chatted a bit outside of the business to buy, so it honestly took only two hours and that included a nice test drive. Ben knew the car I wanted and even had it ready and cleaned already upon arrival. They both ensured a seamless process and I spent the least amount of time ever at the dealership this time around. Needless to say, if I do buy again (I tell myself I’m not…lol), I’ll be back. Go to BMW of Annapolis and ask for Ben. You won’t regret it!

Talk about a lifesaver! I had just gone through the nightmare of my car being totaled and desperately needed a new ride ASAP. Andy Alexis at BMW of Annapolis is a miracle worker! I had my heart set on a BMW X3 with some very specific features, and Andy didn’t miss a beat. He listened to exactly what I wanted and then went above and beyond. The car was not available at his dealership, but he was able to track it down at another location. I’m based in Florida and flew up to BMW of Annapolis just to make the deal happen. That’s how good he is! Andy turned what could have been a stressful, rushed purchase into a smooth and exciting experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road. He was incredibly accommodating, understanding my urgent situation and working with Andy to ensure everything was ready for my fly-in purchase.
