Had a great experience with Henry at Hansel BMW. He was able to quickly secure me an allocation for the new M3 at a time when most dealers have a year + wait on this car. He was super accommodating and communicative during the entire process, was able to secure me a great rate at the time which stood the test of time as rates continued to climb during my car’s longer than usual build process. Wife is having trouble getting in and out of 850mi vehicle we leased from Hansel BMW. It is costing me a little bit of money, as it should but I have been able to work out a reasonable deal to buy it out and get a more elevated SUV. We are very thankful of their help and understanding.
Great sales people. I came in like I didn’t belong at a BMW dealership and I was treated like a paying customer without judgement. My kids were acting wild and they were all calm and collected. Overall a good experience and will likely be purchasing my next car here.
