It started with just being sincere in our conversation and showing me the truck I wanted to see with no pressure. When he went on vacation we kept in touch with plans to reconnect once he returned. Was a great dealership experience! Salesman Nick allowed me to explore cars and pulled the best car for me to test drive (which I ended up buying!). Each step of the process was explained in great detail to me and as a first time car buyer who was scared of a dealership this made my experience very easy! Even added a bow as I requested!! My process for buying a car began in the fall of 2023, I informed them of what I wanted and what my budget was. We kept in contact over the months and they let me know they were still looking, in May 2024, a car came in that checked all the boxes and was within my budget. They informed me they had received a trade-in, we spoke about the vehicle as it was going through their service checks, spoke about the budget, applied for financing, I went in for a test drive just to make sure, and then I was out with my new vehicle in just over (2) hours, that was coming in, checking in, test drive, them reviewing my trade-in, and completing the necessary paperwork.
