A lot of dealerships claim they will work hard to get a customer the vehicle of their dreams but very few actually do. Glendale Nissan worked very hard on my behalf to get me into the Nissan Frontier of my dreams. It started with Sales, Peter, listened to what I wanted in my next vehicle and found a Frontier that was equipped the way I wanted, never tried to steer me towards anything else. Marcelo was just as helpful during my purchase as well. But Jorge in Finance helped make it happen with a lender with terms I was satisfied with. My deal had a hiccup to it and their GM Ralph got involved to help seal the deal. But at the end of the day, I got the Frontier I have always wanted to have. It’s no wonder that they have a solid team at Glendale Nissan, Ralph leads his team by example. Glendale Nissan also sets the bar high for Nissan dealerships in this area to far exceed a customer’s expectations, like they did with me. By far the best car buying experience I have had!! Rodrigo, John and Anthony were able to help my mom get into a new car. She was stuck in a loan that wasn’t worth paying for.
