2019 BMW i3 Range Extender

I can't express how different this experience was. I felt no pressure at all when asking questions or even just looking at a vehicle. They were very communicative and understanding of my situation. This was the first time I went to a dealership and didn't feel dismissed the moment I started asking question before even confirming if I was just looking or buying. There's a man named Jerrad Sanchez that created such a chill and professional environment. Mr. Sanchez is the reason I came back to this dealership and purchased a vehicle after going a few feet down to another dealership and experiencing the fear we most all fear when visiting a dealership. Needless to say, I walked out of there with a car perfect for my family and the entire team followed through in Mr. Sanchez's absence. Would highly recommend this dealership, the experience alone was worth it.
