Jimmy was knowledgeable, friendly and was patient while we all figured out the best fit for us. He was helpful in us making a decision. He then handed me over to Carlos who was a lovely young man, patient and sweet, and helpful, and helped me download the My BMW App, and guided me through the entire thing. He also checked in with me to say that he’s there for any questions I may have regarding the vehicle. Jimmy also checked in to make sure things were good and informed me that the cargo mat was ready for pick up. All in all I can say that my experience was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you!
