After reading several of their reviews, I was skeptical of even visiting their facility, but I had seen an F250 that caught my eye. I didn't call, just showed up, and met Jorge. Immediately I was greeted with professionalism, and I was shown the truck I was inquiring about, and several others. I had a strict budget, and I knew what I was looking for. Jorge had advised me they just took in a 2017 F250 Lariart on trade, and needles to say I had to have it. The sunroof was inoperable, but Jorge had guaranteed me they would take care of the issue if I purchased the vehicle. I took it for a test drive, and I knew I had to do certain things to get the truck up to my standards, but I had to have it. The following day I came with a cashiers check, and took it home. Two weeks after the purchase, Jorge called me and said we had an appointment to fix the sunroof. The sunroof was fixed at the dealer, and I was a happy camper.
