2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 170 WB

So 1st off I'm being real picky here. I had a great experience. The car was everything they said, I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to my mechanic. Overall the car was in good repair for being 21 years old (Some of which they did w/receipts). The photos/video was very helpful in my purchase. They were easy to work with and never pushy. What I would've liked to seen done better; The paint chips on the hood were filled in a completely different shade of orange (said they would be fixed, not quite my idea of fixed). The front bumper had some damage where it attached on the passengers side which wasn't disclosed (this could've been missed). Again I am being picky, dealing with 411 seemed to be some of the most honest car dealers I've dealt with. I would buy from them again.

Chris Longtin is a class act. He sold me the most beautiful truck I have ever seen and maybe ever will. He accepted a trade from half way across the country. He even helped me arrange transport and delivery to my front door, all over the phone, and with the utmost care towards every concern I had on my new truck receipts from the shop and all. The Longtin family with Rhonda and Michael at the head are such kind people and deserve any business you might be willing to give. Ask all the questions you want and take your time, and they will take care of you. 10/10 service and would buy from them again anytime.

I can't say enough positive things about Chris and 411 carline. I heard about this family owned business from my sister who test drove the car I ended up getting and had a great experience. I am 19 and got a 2014 Subaru Forester. I feel the price was fair and I'm happy I could give them business. This being the first time I have bought a car and my mom not being super car smart either, we had a lot of questions and were stressed. Chris did a great job being calm and explaining things without talking down to us or trying to up-charge us on the car either. He was honest about what was good/ not great about the car and also how having over 100 thousand miles effects the car. He also continued to help us after the sale was complete and sent me where he gets his batteries from because I had asked.
