We had the best possible experience! It was our first time buying a motorhome, and we live in California. We found a great deal at Indy Auto Source, but were naturally scared to purchase anything this big, sight unseen. Craig went ABOVE and BEYOND to show us all the details, even the ones from wear and tear. He was fully transparent and encouraged an outside inspection as well as offered us better financing through his local credit union, than we originally got. We flew out to get it, and he was beyond accomodating!! I've never had such good customer service and we are so happy with our purchase. If you are considering them, go for it without hesitation. We got our Tiffin Allegro back in July 2023 and if I need anything or have questions, Craig is STILL there for us! Wish we could give 10 stars.

Full disclosure - I have had a business relationship with Indy Auto Source through my employer since they opened in 2009. In Oct. 2015 I decided to replace my aging vehicle with a newer, safer vehicle. I found Craig had a fully loaded 2012 Corolla S on his lot and having known Craig and Dawn to be one of the most honest and customer driven dealers on the Northside of Indy I had no doubt I would be well taken care of. Craig was very upfront about the condition and work done to the car. He even pointed out the details other dealers would avoid like that very nice paint on a used car could be an indication of prior body work, and it was. The CarFax he provided revealed a minor rear corner collision, where a quarter panel and paint were repaired at a dealer the year before. I agreed to purchase the car and Craig made the process easy and was very quick about providing any paperwork my credit union needed for the loan. I will be returning to Indy Auto Source in the future.
