Eric, I just wanted to thank you again for taking a Chance with me. When I walked into your office, I just knew that I was going to get turned away, just like I did before at the last dealership. Thank you for helping me get a ride, so I can make it to work everyday and get back on my feet..

Our experience was both positive and negative. Hence the 3-4 rating. Christie was laid back, didn't attack us as we walked the lot, and helped us when asked. Eric the owner is not the monster that some of these reviews suggest. He owns a used car lot and deals with a wide variety of people in his target audience. He's the most straight up used car person I've met in a long time. Got an OK deal on car and a lower amount on trade in than it was worth. (Totally our fault for not dickering more) Eric and Christie struck me as exactly what they are. Salespeople selling used cars. They offered and encouraged us to have vehicle checked out b4 buying by a mechanic. When we discovered a problem they didn't know about b4 buying, it was fixed. If you buy an as-is car, don't do your homework, don't have the vehicle checked out, don't read the loan agreement, then complain on a public forum that "they" ripped "you" off, you look the fool. It is always the best rule: Buyer beware. And no, I am not friends of the mechanic, friends of Eric or Christie. Never met any of them till a couple weeks ago.
