Not to mention they connected with my family and build trust. I have never purchased a car from a dealership before, so new experience And a pleasant one. I give Shane’s Auto Sales 5 Stars!! I’ve known Shane for nearly 10 years now and have 2 beautiful Mercedes Benz off of his lots (he had 2 lots at that time). Initially, when I met him over the phone, his Customer Service was phenomenal. He told me to go to his website, see what vehicle interests me and then, to come by the lot to ‘test drive’ what I liked. Bless his heart, he was very patient with me, lol... As it took me a while, because I’m VERY particular when it comes to vehicles I purchase. He had a wide array of sophisticated makes and models, mainly Mercedes and BMWs. I ended up choosing what I liked and he was able to give me great prices on BOTH of my Mercedes - a silver CLK 320 Convertible, then years later… A ML 350 4MATIC SUV. I’ll never forget that one day, late at night, I acquired a flat on my ‘spare’ tire, on my CLK. I called him and without hesitation, he called me an UBER for me to get home and I was able to take care of it first thing in the morning… I really appreciated it. I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle. Ask for Shane, he is the best!!! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they’re stuff. He fixed my hand break after I purchase the car weeks ago. Best car dealership I’ve been been to.
