I ended up not buying a car from here due to deciding it was in my best interest to purchase a brand new vehicle for my situation, but I was taken aback by how impressive Ari's customer service was. He also has a YouTube channel, and he narrates the videos himself in great detail about the vehicles he's selling. I'm pretty hesitant to purchase used vehicles in general, but I would feel very comfortable purchasing from Direct Auto Outlet, especially if Ari is involved.
Inquired on a car on Ari's lot and we communicated through email and text. He was awesome and responded to all my questions and even tried to work with me on the price.
