2001 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 430

I ended up not buying a car from here due to deciding it was in my best interest to purchase a brand new vehicle for my situation, but I was taken aback by how impressive Ari's customer service was. He answered all my questions, went above and beyond, and even offered to polish the car. He also has a YouTube channel, and he narrates the videos himself in great detail about the vehicles he's selling. I'm pretty hesitant to purchase used vehicles in general, but I would feel very comfortable purchasing from Direct Auto Outlet, especially if Ari is involved.

Inquired on a car on Ari's lot and we communicated through email and text. He was awesome and responded to all my questions and even tried to work with me on the price. Although I am probably not going to buy, I was very impressed with his customer service and sales style. I will probably buy from him someday! Check out his YouTube test drives too. They are great.
