2008 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

I recently shopped here and had a great experience, so I wanted to post a review. They have a good inventory with lots of options. The owner was very nice and open and honest from the beginning, and no pressure. He told me all about the car history and was upfront with the good and what needed attention, even over the phone before I came to the dealership. And the online adds were accurate. The owner was amiable to me bringing my own mechanic to the lot and allowed us to test drive and inspect the vehicle for about an hour. My mechanic confirmed everything I was told by the dealership and the car was priced fairly. I was able to make a confident decision about the vehicle.

My experience here was great. I have been looking for a vehicle and been to quite a few different dealers. Emmanuel was very forthcoming about the vehicle I was interested in (Ford Expedition) and sent me off on a test drive without accompanying me. I felt very little pressure, and was able to go over the vehicle leisurely. I felt that he was very honest with me about the small issues he knew of with the vehicle. (He told me up front it had a wheel bearing that was worn and due to be replaced). Ultimately I liked the vehicle, and he gave me a great price. Very happy.
