Went here with my wife and 2 year old son. Rick and the guys were super helpful and friendly. My son had free range of the office and they didn't mind it. My wife being pregnant they were very kind and understanding with. Had no pressure to buy anything just there to look at a truck and left one happy customer. Highly recommend.
It’s taken me a year to find a car lot and car that I absolutely love and thrifty car sales made it happen! they made me feel so welcomed, loved and were so good with communication and going above and beyond to help me. not only do they talk cars but they treat you like friends and get to know you and are so beyond patient with you. I’m so thankful for the friendship I gained from them while buying a car ??
One of my employees purchased a vehicle from Izzy and the guys at Thrifty. It was such a positive experience, that they referred another one of my employees to them. Mr. Rick "Huckleberry" Finn was the first point of contact, and although he was not going to be in when we got there, he referred us to his partner JJ. When we arrived, JJ came right out and met us. He had us test drive the car, and was genuinely excited to get us into a vehicle. After letting him know we were a referral, the manager Izzy got really excited, and remembered who my coworker was, and even sent her $50 for the referral! Because we were a referral, he gave my coworker a darn good deal. The next day, we went to start the car, and NOTHING! It wouldn't start at all, and after several hours diagnosing the problem, it turned out that the key had been broken, and the sensor that tells the car its the right key, had fallen out, rendering the key completely useless. After taking the key to Middlekauf Honda, and finding out how much the key replacement would cost, we were quite upset that we would have to pay to have the key replaced to the tune of almost $500! After a few conversations with Izzy, he helped us out with part of the cost, who does that? Izzy at Thrifty does, that's who! While it was the weirdest first car buying experience I've ever seen, it worked out in the end, and now two of my coworkers are proud owners of "new" used cars.
