2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

The car I bought off a coworker was a lemon yet drivable but my patience finally gave out and we decided to look into getting a nice newer car. Browsing vehicles on marketplace, we both, in the same day, came across 2 diff ads for 2 diff cars but same car lot and decided to check out their reviews, which is what led us to checking them out. Upon arriving we had a min to glance over a few cars before Adam came out to greet us. He was extremely professional yet friendly and good humored which made the experience much easier. He listened to the price range we wanted to stay in and gave us our best options, he didn't try to upsell us for a moment. He walked us through the whole process and we ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of just seeing what our options were. Closer inspection it had a cracked windshield and some dash lights came on and Adam reassured us they would be fixed this was on a Saturday...I drove it to the shop that Wednesday and today is Thursday and it's in my driveway. Moe at the shop was amazing to deal with. He scanned and looked over the car but yet he also asked me how it drove, what my concerns were etc which made me feel listened to and taken serious. They also gave me a loaner which I felt was going above and beyond. Not just a beater with a heater loaner but a nice 2020 Chevy equinox. When we came to pick the car up he greeted my husband by name which he remembered from the paperwork as they'd never met. Remembering me telling him my husband was a mechanic he talked to him like he knew him and was open and honest on what they found wrong and fixed. It drove beautiful on the way home. My husband will be getting his next new vehicle from them as will all my children when they're ready.

Give this location 20 stars. Adam and Steward help me out with a 2021 Malibu!!! Great conversation and they answered all the questions I had , no problems. They did everything they could so I could get a vehicle today. Make to come and shop with my boys. They the truthhhhhhhhh ????????????????????????????

This is the BEST dealership in town. Adam is the consummate professional. He works hard to get a deal and financed. They made sure my vehicle was ready to go. They have a service north of the dealership, I take ALL my vehicles to there as well. Great ownership and staff!
