This was my first time going through Modern Toyota’s service experience. Anton Bronson was very polite and made me feel very comfortable with my transaction. As I went through my process, only took about 30 minutes for my state inspection to be done. Ginger Newberry does a fantastic job welcoming not only myself but the other guests waiting in the showroom lounge area. She is always kind and courteous. Very smooth process all the way around. Restrooms are clean, seating area is comfortable, and dealership provides beverages and entertainment while you wait. WiFi always helps as well. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We went to Modern to check out the new Sequoia. Our salesman was Paris. I have bought and traded in many cars over the years. This was one of the easiest transactions ever!!! We reserved an incoming Sequoia. When the car came in we took our trade up to get appraised. I was worried since we already committed to the sequoia that the dealer would go low on our trade. With technology, it is fairly easy to look up what a trade is worth so I had a number in mind that I thought would be fair. They valued my trade slightly over where the KBB had it on the first appraisal!! I was very happy to be offered a fair deal the first time. I can’t stand the back and fourth, and I really can’t stand when a dealer low balls a trade as you can see from my other dealership reviews. Paris was very informative and not pushy whatsoever. I never had to do the bit with the sales manager or anything. A fair deal was offered the first time. That is how it should be!!! I would not hesitate to buy here again!!!

I want to thank George at modern Toyota for making my trade-in and purchase experience pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend asking for him when you go in for a car. I LOVE my RAV4 and will definitely go back in the future ??
