Travis Guesby was a phenomenal salesman. He was very easy to communicate with, really listened and could tell when I wasn't as keen on some features for our vehicle as others and found us a model that better fit our needs. Would highly recommend, especially if you are buying a brand-new vehicle for the first time and are nervous about it like I was!

My husband, daughter and myself were moving our son from Denver, Colorado back home to Akron, Ohio about 2 weeks ago. My son's check engine light came on during our trip and we ended up being towed to Volkswagen of Topeka. The service department was able to work us in and we waited in the beautiful waiting room. About 6 hours into our wait (the service department was booked 1 week out and we appreciate they were able to get us in), we met Ben in sales. For lack of anything to do we looked at some options as we waited to hear on our car. Ben was very knowledgeable and honest. We test drove a Jetta liked it. The service department then told us it was a timing belt issue. After fixing the timing belt, the car would have to have further testing to evaluate for engine damage and we could not have that done for a week. We discussed our options, but it was closing time. Josh, graciously let us take a car to our hotel, as out other vehicle was packed and could only fit 2 people. We came back in the morning and test drove a few other cars. Ultimately, we decided on a 2024 Volkswagen Taos. Ben was fabulous to work with, as well as Josh. Ben helped us transfer everything from my son's car to the new car, so we could get on the road for the rest of our 12 hour drive. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Sadly, my son said goodbye to his 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI, his favorite! I highly recommend this dealership, especially Ben. Thank you so much, we love the car!

I had such a wonderful buying experience at this dealership. Ben Endicott listened to me and before I made my final decision, he had me test drive different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He answered all my questions. He was very patient with me. He has a lovely manner to him. It was fun hanging out at the dealership with everyone while I was waiting. They have a great working dynamic there. Tim made the final process of signing all the documents pleasurable. He explained everything to me. He was also very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I am very happy to be a proud owner of a spanking brand new 2024 VW Tiguan. It’s beautiful. I feel so protected and confident of my purchase. If you live in Topeka and see an Atlantic Blue 2024 VW Tiguan, that’s probably me. Don’t be afraid to wave hello to me. I was even able to convert my domestic partner who did not like VW. Now he tells me I couldn’t have made a better choice. He’s very happy for me. I would recommend that if you are in the market for a pre-owned, new or to lease a vehicle, drop in and check them out. You will not be disappointed. I promise.
