Carlos Sanchez was great! He got our SUV service request order written up quickly, and sent us on our way in a loaner car in record time. He called as promised to advise of needed repair, and followed up to let us know our vehicle was ready. We met him again to close out the repair paperwork, and pick up our vehicle. He was very pleasant to work with. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Way to go, Carlos!!!!
