Very nice dealership property with both new and pre-owned cars and trucks available from a wide variety of manufacturers. The sales team is both assertive and friendly, doing their part to make you feel comfortable without putting unnecessary pressure on you as they help you find the right vehicle for your style and budget. The facility itself is divided into sections by manufacturer, so no matter which door you enter, all the brands are interconnected once inside. One of the nicer interiors that I've been to in my experience, with free snacks, soft drinks, TV, game room and even a massage chair! Each section has its own theme, which makes the visit entertaining. The vehicles I saw were clean and in good shape. The sales teams were knowledgeable about their products and had a good opinion on their items in stock. The prices listed on the vehicles were fair, and also included "lifetime oil changes" which can justify the slightly higher rates than other venues I've seen. I also got a peek into their service area, and it looked like the stalls were all full, so good to know they are keeping busy. The star deduction is based on slightly higher than expected sticker prices for the value of their used vehicles. As I said earlier, their prices are "fair" and the "free oil changes" can help make-up for that in the long run. The challenge is if you live some distance away (I'm 40 miles away in this particular case), would I actually take advantage of that perk? For me, probably not. If I lived closer, then maybe. If you are looking for a vehicle and if you lived within a 30-minute drive, you will whole-heartedly love this place. If farther out, then that's up to you, but for me, I appreciate their low-pressure approach but would rather have a discount rather than the lifetime oil changes.
