2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC GLC300 4MATIC

I don't know where to begin. I'm at a loss for words... When you break the axle on your car and realize you need to get another car and figure out what to do with it, it's scary to buy a used car. Thrifty Car Sales of Sacramento had more vehicle checks then other dealerships that I dealt with and better reviews. A place I will not mention have the owner yelling at me that I should believe in his integrity and not have his car checked out. That's neither here nor there. Still I bought a car from Thrifty Auto Sales as is because it's what I could afford. And I prayed that it would work. It died of a head gasket 3 months later. After quite a bit of investigation, I was able to determine that it's quite possible Thrifty Auto Sales did not know the car oil would be bone dry 3 months after I drove it. They had no legal obligation to help me, but they did. They went above and beyond. I had to take a travel job in order to try to save the money to get a working car. I was going under trying to pay for a rental car and save money for major car repairs. The loner car saved our finances. I don't blame them for not giving a loaner card to everybody who yells at them. I yelled before I went and talked to them, in frustration and fear. But not at them. I made sure I was calm and sincere, realizing they had no obligation to help me and finding out they were really hard working people doing the best they could. It took them a while to get back to me, but when they did, I am so grateful, beyond words. I have my car back running better than before. I would totally buy a car from this place again. A company that didn't have to help, helped. That's ethically the only kind company I want to do business with!

I have been in search of a vehicle for about 3 weeks and I just happened to check out the inventory. They by far have some of the best prices and inventory around. The process was smooth and simple. Probably the quickest buy I've ever had at a dealership. Highly appreciate you Josh, Thank you!
