2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC GLC300 4MATIC

What a wonderful experience!! Being from Minnesota and 6 hours away from the dealership, I didn't want to make the drive, but was able to connect with Marco Baxter regarding a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that I had found on Autotrader. From the first phone call to the actual delivery, Marco communicated on a regular basis, texted pics, took video and answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. He and his team at Zimbrick went above and beyond on this one! Marco even surprised me by accommodating one of my smallest requests--reverse the spare tire to become a black wall instead of the white, raised-letter public facing side on the rear of the Jeep. I have had numerous vehicles over the years and this one was delivered in "like new", pristine condition. Kudos to the detail team! Jeremy has been of a great help during car service services at Mercedes-Benz. He is very helpful and caring in sending my car to the technician that he thinks would be a great choice to fix the repeated problems of my car. He even went above and beyond in willing to offer help in dropping off the loaner car to my house and took my car to the department that he could not have agreed to as I was juggling around packing my stuff for moving. I am very grateful that with his help and prompt follow up with the technician, I was able to get my car fixed and back before moving. Jeremy’s service is not only professional but also caring and feeling.
