2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class GLK350 4MATIC

I initially came in to get an idea of vehicles in my price range. David Marthone greeted me and helped me understand my options. He worked with me to help me leave with the car that I wanted at a payment that fit my budget. He has since kept in contact making sure that I know my options regarding my service package and anything else I may need regarding my vehicle. Would recommend him 10/10 times.

Myron Hawkins! This is the man that deserve these 5 stars. When I say outstanding at what he does, please hear me when I say it. Words that I would use to describe him and his work would be patient, determined, uplifting and so so much more. I need y’all to hear me with y’all hearts and not your mind when I say this. I went in to Honda of Harvey on Saturday, Feb 17, 2024 with a broken vehicle at home and borrowing cars along with getting rides and riding my bike :) to get an around. I received a phone call from Sharell from Honda of Harvey encouraging me not to give up(after I had already lost hope) and saying to come in and give them a chance to show me different and that it was possible. Of course, I ended up going to the dealership because they promise to keep their word. I show up, i’m referred to Myron. I’m still like yeah whatever because I honestly do have trouble trusting people and their words due to plastic hurt. Let me say, they were very very welcoming from beginning to end. But anyways, I just knew nobody could work with me with all the past issues I have, but if you know me then you know. I swear before y’all, when I tell you that Mr. Myron Hawkins made a promise to me when he shook my hand and introduced himself and was very determined to deliver that promise. I think I even saw him break a sweat at some point but that’s another story some other time. (No lie, that’s how bad my past look, that’s where that sweat came from…just saying). Myron Hawkins, ???????? ????????????????outstanding job well done! He delivered y'all, when he saw my situation and need. I truly believe God put people in the places, I know he was God sent. Mind you I rode my electric bike all the way from Laplace to Harvey???? in the cold ????………...just kidding! I drove out with no regrets! I’m in shock still! Thanks again for ALL you’ve done Myron, you’re definitely the BEST in my book. Listen up everybody! Don’t believe that negativity that you’re reading or hearing. Take the time to go see for yourself. Everyone’s experience and situation is different. I’m only speaking from my experience, your tone and attitude makes a difference. They literally can work with anybody. In fact, go down and see Myron Hawkins, he is truly God sent and delivered. He uplifted me when I was down and was even patient with my horrible trust issues, seriously. I bonded with the whole Honda of Harvey Team. Just another shout out to y’all, and thank y’all so much. I don’t have enough words or tears to explain.
