I really appreciated the no haggle no hassle sales approach from Vito. He made me feel really comfortable and did not push a sale on me. He created a want and I of course needed lol. He’s an overall great guy and I would give him my business again in a minute. Anyone going to the dealership should also consider working with him.

I had a really good experience at Jaguar Land Rover Peabody as always. Christopher, the customer service rep, was attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. My car was ready in a timely manner, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. I appreciate the great service!

Jennifer Dow is hands down the best service manager I have ever encountered. I will continue to drive to Peabody for service instead of the 2 dealerships closer to my home as a direct result of her incredible helpfulness and attentiveness. Not to mention her personality is 1 in a million! Kudos to Jaguar Peabody for employing such a brilliant, wonderful woman!
