Initially, when I met him over the phone, his Customer Service was phenomenal. He told me to go to his website, see what vehicle interests me and then, to come by the lot to ‘test drive’ what I liked. Bless his heart, he was very patient with me, lol... As it took me a while, because I’m VERY particular when it comes to vehicles I purchase. He had a wide array of sophisticated makes and models, mainly Mercedes and BMWs. I ended up choosing what I liked and he was able to give me great prices on BOTH of my Mercedes - a silver CLK 320 Convertible, then years later… A ML 350 4MATIC SUV. I’ll never forget that one day, late at night, I acquired a flat on my ‘spare’ tire, on my CLK. I called him and without hesitation, he called me an UBER for me to get home and I was able to take care of it first thing in the morning… I really appreciated it.
