PUR is the place to go if you own a Tesla. I clipped my front bumper and called many “Tesla Certified” shops. The wait for Tesla parts is LONG, 2-3 months on average!!!! These “certified shops” are backed up because like myself, people assume Teslas can only go to “Tesla Certified” body shops post collision. Art, the owner/manager, was fantastic!!!! He explained that wasn’t true in most cases and he’d take very good care of my car! He had my car for about ten days and it was like new! Thanks Art, job beautifully done!

Best auto service!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the quality service Alex provided! My car was in need of new brakes pretty badly and my long time friend recommended PUR motors, saying her family had been using Alex for over 10 years so I really trusted her recommendation. I called ahead and asked for a quote on all 4 brakes and was so fairly quoted. Alex was able to see me that day and test drove my car to see what exactly was going on with my brakes. Alex told me my front brakes were really bad and needed immediate changing but said my rear brakes were in good condition. I really appreciate his honesty and for taking the time to thoroughly check my car during his busy schedule (: my brakes were changed within the hour and I was on my way! I did check around yelp for various quotes from different body shops prior to my friend’s referral, but Alex beat all the quotes!! I can see Alex is known for his talent and expertise in luxury cars but I drive a Prius and he did such a good job and genuinely had good intentions about the upkeep of my car and my safety!! I cannot recommend PUR motors enough!! So so so happy I found my forever mechanic (: if you want an honest, trustworthy and efficient expert in cars, Alex is the man to see!
