2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E450 4MATIC Coupe

I purchased my first brand new car today - a Genesis GV70 at McGovern Genesis of Albany. The cars could sell themselves because they are SUPERIOR to any others I looked at. However, the service across the board was no different and is what really helped me commit. Everyone made me feel welcome. Olivia in sales, Ally in finance, and Mitch in service each handled my many questions with grace and applied zero pressure which is new to me in a car sales environment. Olivia always had a smile on even when she was clearly juggling a lot - go see her- she’s a doll.

I have never written a review before. And I feel it necessary to do so. Genesis of Albany is a top notch car dealership! The minute I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted with such kindness, positive energy and all questions answered. Olivia Nolan helped and guided me through the car leasing process. I leased the GV80 3.5 SUV! I keep telling my husband every time I drive this vehicle, how much I love it! It all stems from the utmost positive experience Olivia and the Genesis of Albany team showed me.
