Exploring various options, my attention was drawn to the EQE SUV. Steve made my son Jonathan's bad experience in a bad accident turn into a much better one by providing him with genuine exceptional customer service ! Let me say this would be an absolute 5 star review if it wasn't for a $200 charge regarding a Tag fee tho I came with my unexpired Tag to be applied to the deal. Also charged an electronic Tag filing fee on top of the $200... basically just gave the dealer another $200 profit on top of whatever other profits were made on the deal. My salesman Steve Rahal was a true gentleman and professional who helped me just wish the Tag fee was not applied as mentioned above... Didn't need to be at All... I truly believe that if I would have walked away from the deal the Tag fee would have been removed... This is an update to my review 3 weeks ago... Went to my mailbox yesterday and guess what I found? Mercedes Benz of Pompano sent me a check for $117 explaining excessive Tag fee... WHAT !!! Are you kidding me? How many auto dealerships practice this kind of integrity? A big thumbs up to you !
