2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400 4MATIC Cabriolet

I recently visited this dealership as i was in the market for a new vehicle -- and this location is a little unique, as it is both an Alfa Romeo & Maserati dealership under one roof. I went in specifically to look at an Alfa Romeo, and the saleswoman I worked with (Kristi) was awesome! She took lots of time to go over everything & anything i wanted to know about the car i was interested in. Being that it was both auto makers under one roof, she was also able to provide me with lots of info and an opportunity to test drive a Maserati that would have worked out for me ..... In the end, unfortunately, i ended up purchasing a competitor’s vehicle... But i will say that there was no comparison between the dealership i purchased from, and this Alfa/Maserati dealership. This dealership treated me like an important customer, and took lots of time with me -- i never felt forced to make a choice that i didn't want to make. Unlike many dealerships i have purchased from in the past, this one was at the top of my list for everything a dealership should be - or what you would want in a dealership! I can't tell you about the service center, or anything after the actual purchase of the vehicle, but i can tell you that if you have an interest in a new vehicle, stop in & see Kristi. I am very confident that she treats all customers that walk through the door with the same kindness and enthusiasm that she gave to me..... Hopefully, i will be back there again in the future to make a purchase --- its a great dealership, and the cars they sell are really awesome!!

The absolute best experience at Performance Alfa Romeo. Kristie was exceptional! She was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and walked us through every step of the process with ease making it seamless and stress free. She went above and beyond! Jay the Manager is kind, attentive, and professional. He created a top notch team to serve clients and it’s obvious he takes pride in his dealership. Gene in finance is nothing less than attentive and transparent reassuring us that we had the best lease option available. We can’t say enough about the staff and treatment we received from everyone there! Thank you Performance we love our new Tonale!
