What a great crew from start to finish! Oscar went above and beyond. If you come here, prepare to be WOWED. I brought my Toyota in to the service department for a few simple things and got amazing service. The nearest Dimmitt Toyota is a couple hours away and I was pleased to learn that Dimmitt Cadillac takes all makes and models. They took the better care of me and my vehicle than I ever would have expected or asked for. I even got to sneak a peek at the shop floor and was blown away at the scale and cleanliness of the operation. I got a cleaning and got what I would have thought was a brand-new car with Zero miles on it. I spoke to the service manager “Jack” and was impressed with knowledge, enthusiasm, and pride in his work. I will be going here for all my vehicle needs from now on.
Best service I have ever had!!! They treat you like family and always go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable!! The service tech came in early to have my car ready for when I got out of work after a long night shift and videos are sent showing they are doing the work u asked for!! Sheila (customer rep) always has everything ready to go and then goes even further to give you info u we’re wondering about but didn’t even ask for, she’s amazing!! Excellent customer service here!!!
