2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E450 4MATIC Cabriolet

This was my first time getting service done at Mercedes Tysons Corner and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Nawfal assisted me when I got there and made sure I was taken care of. I went in for A3 service, but asked them to do a point to point inspection as well just to be safe. They hooked me up with a loaner car that was the newer version of my current one (sneaky of them, but I had no complaints)! My car was finished that same day and checkout was a breeze. Will definitely be coming here again for future service!

I would have given five stars except for one thing. They had probably one of the best deals. That’s why I bought it from them. Only thing is that They could be a little more transparent in Some of the information that was shared. For example I realized after buying my car from them that doc fee is flexible and varies from dealer to dealer and could have been lower in the overall price. otherwise the agents worked very hard to make my experience pleasurable.
