Great service. We bought a used Benz from a second hand lot for cash and brought it to the service team and they were an amazing help. I needed service done on my 2017 Volvo XC90 and decided to call Mercedes of Texarkana to schedule and have the service performed there. Man am I glad I did!!! JJ Darty (Service Manager there) absolutely wowed me with his OUTSTANDING level of customer service and excellent communication. Hey Gregg Orr, give this guy a pay raise and make sure you retain his services. Employees like JJ, are difficult to find. Make sure you keep this guy!!! My Volvo is back to new and is running great.
