I had an overall good experience with Honda of Lake Jackson. David Woodley was the sales person who tended with me through the process of buying a 25’ Honda Civic Si. He and everyone who worked with me was respectful and professional and answered my questions to their best ability. One minor take back was when I first contacted the dealership, I asked to set up an appointment with someone, and when I showed up at the intended time, the person I spoke with over the phone was not around to help out. Luckily, David was there and helped me out. Another downfall I personally felt was I thought there was a lack of communication from the dealership throughout the process. I was initially looking for a 24’ Civic Hatchback Sport Touring in manual transmission, something pretty rare, so I was told that they would search for it. After about a month, I inquired about the status and was told that an Si was on the way instead. I felt I should have been told or really asked whether that was alright and not have had to inquire about it. It turned out, however, I liked the Si more and the purchase went smooth, but that was my biggest complaint.

Honda of Lake Jackson is the best dealership around. Thomas Krsak always comes through and really listens to his customers. Victor was also awesome in showing me the vehicle and all they had to offer. I am now a proud owner of a 2025 CRV Hybrid L Sport color is urban metallic gray.
