My car went in for warranty work. I was given a loaner and the work was done. I picked up my car and the next day it was not performing correctly. The engine light came on and the emergency transmission message came on. Jason immediately gave me back the loaner because it was a Friday and told me that they would find out what is wrong. It turned out to be a loose air hose and my car was ready on Monday.
I had a great experience working with Kari, she really helped me and my family get into our dream family car.
