It’s been over a month since I first walked into SCP, and I can now fully appreciate what they offer: great used cars. You don’t go to SCP to get the cheapest used car. You go to SCP to get an 8 year old Tesla Model X that looks like new. And you’ll get great customer service. I bought my Model X “as is”, but was delighted when SCP took care of fixing my front passenger power window, after I had already driven away. Mario and Andrew in sales offer excellent service. But of course, SCP is a business. And buying a car always requires negotiating. SCP is no different. Be ready to negotiate, and be ready to go over the details. Buyers have their interests, and dealers have theirs. Buyers should act accordingly. Again: you don’t go to SCP to get cheap used cars. You go to SCP to get immaculate used cars.

I want to first and foremost thank Mario and the whole crew at SCP for there unwavering strive to providing the best customer service satisfaction to the prospective buyers who intend to purchase a car at SCP. Mario have been extremely supportive and helpful with making the transaction of the vehicle as smooth as possible and his action speaks volume. He was composed and understand my needs and concern. I was also mindful of his position as an account executive to meeting his needs in order for it to be fulfilled. Doing fair business with one another should always be reciprocated and Mario have demonstrated that. I highly recommend people to stop by SCP if you are ever interested in a used vehicle. I can unequivocally say that SCP have gain my confidence in them that they will serve you to the best of their ability with the line of work that they do. Keep in mind any price you see online is not what you’ll have in the end. They will add on dealership fees (3k) and label them and accessories. Registration comes out of your end. Financing with them will land you a very high interest rate. If you can finance with an outside source do so. Other than that great buying experience. Was super fast and easy. They were kind enough to throw in a power cord for the car after some convincing and a receptionist called me after to let me know I can qualify for a tax rebate for a clean vehicle. Robert helped me from start to finish and gave me my monthly rate over the phone before I even came in and when I was there, the rate didn’t change. I love the car I got from them, it’s basically brand new. Regardless of the price, I’m happy with my experience.
