2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury

I looked for an suv specifically ( Expedition) all around the 530 and found one at Franklin auto sales that I truly wanted. So I applied online and he responded and set me up with lendmark financial for a loan, which I was approved for and a much newer SUV, but I was stuck on the expedition. So he (Paul) worked with me and I was able to get the expedition, come to find out it has a sunroof which just added to the great overall experience. Upon picking up my expedition I noticed that it would whine upon turning ignition and I thought oh no, so I called him (Paul) and told him. No problem, he had me take it to a shop and they put a new starter in it at no cost to me. Had it a month and no issues. Easily driven more than a thousand miles and no issues. Truly appreciate Paul and can honestly say he's continued the same great professional service his Father started at that business many decades ago. No bull truly recommend Franklin Auto sales ????

This place is great when you want to get a car. Paul works with you and your financial situation with payments and everything. My experience here for the past year has been amazing and from now on I will be getting my cars from him not only because he works with you on literally everything( like your down payment your monthly payment) because it's just such a great experience to work with someone who understands people's needs. Not only is the customer service here great. They understand. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a car and I will only be getting the car from them
