2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury

I live in NY and there was a car here that looked really nice. This place is very close to the airport so it wouldn't have been much to fly down, uber over there and drive my new care home to NY. I spoke with Owen and told him what I wanted to do. I asked to make sure the car would be exactly what I wanted in order to do something like this. He took lots of additional photos, sent them to me and in the end we both determined that it wasn't the car for me. Or at least to do that sort of purchase. If I had lived in the area I would have jumped on it, but I could probably find similar shape vehicles locally I could try before buying. So I have give them an A plus for putting the customer before the sale. If I ever see something on their lot I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Super honest folks.

This was a very enjoyable car buying experience. I found the car on eBay Motors and Eddie was excellent about providing me with with pictures and video and answering all of the questions that I had regarding the car. The car was an excellent value and was exactly what he promised over the phone and via video. When it came to shipping the car, it was shipped on time and was covered for the entire trip. Overall excellent value and I could not have asked for a better experience.

I decided with hesitation to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My previous experiences with similar used car dealers has not been positive. This dealer was excellent and kept their word before, during and after the sale. I highly recommend Exceed Auto Brokers.
